There is a delicious irony in all of this.

By any traditional analysis, Hillary Rodham is the prohibitive favorite to win the democratic nomination. She has an established organisation, name recognition, fund raising, and a very strong position in critical electoral states of California and New York.

However tactically speaking, Hillary Rodham’s team were falling apart in the last few weeks and put a serious scare into her campaign.

However in the past few days Rodham has clearly recovered the situation and the polls verify this. The irony is that she recovered by “standing by her man” and letting Bill Clinton take over the tactical side of her campaign.

Bill Clinton has flawless political instincts, Hillary Rodham does not. In the end, it is delicious to think that Hillary is a sure bet to win the democratic nomination, but if and ONLY if, she totally plays it safe out on the campaign trial AND if and only if she completely cedes political and tactical control of her campaign to her loyal and loving man, Bill Clinton.

Mark my words, Rodham’s ambition is far stronger than her pride. She will win the democratic nomination.
