That is an interesting article even if I think Dalleck gave much too superficial a treatment to the subject. I am an Obama supporter but the article got me thinking about different types of experience and different types of judgement.
There is knowing what to do VS knowing how to get it done via the system. To boil this down to a oversimple interpretation but thought provoking interpretation, essentially Obama knows what to do and Hillary says it doesn’t matter that Obama knows what to do because he won’t know how to move Washington politically. I think in this moment, Obama has the winning message but I do worry that he won’t be able to get a damn thing done with it.
Should be interesting in any case if Hillary can wear down Obama with that message.
I think if Obama wins, he’ll be able to work with moderates and Republicans for forge strong coalitions. That’s is MO, and I don’t see why he won’t be able to do that as President.
