Hillary’s collapse

She’s starting to tank in the polls. Gallup has her down 9 points and Rasmussen has her down 10 points. The polls are tightening in Pennsylvania, and slowly the superdelegates continue to break for Obama.
It’s only a matter of time. Obama will be the nominee by June.
Also, McCain has not been able to build on his earlier lead when Obama was dealing with the Wright issue. The polls are now basically even, which means McCain is in trouble as well.

McCain has a lot of problems in front of him but it’s really premature to say he is in trouble, without qualifying that as short term trouble.
McCain has the enormous problem of following the worst president in the history of the USA who happens to be from his own party. One need not babble on about that, but that said, McCain will confront Obama and he will have plenty of opportunities to attack him.
The polls are just polls. I will never forget how the polls had Michael Dukakis with a seemingly insurmountable lead over Bush Sr. in the summer before the election. The Willie Horton showed up, and Mike said he didn’t mind if his wife got raped, and poof, … President Bush.
Obama is no Dukakis but McCain is no Bush. I see this election as easily winnable if Obama picks the right running mate but Obama can still make some mistakes and McCain might even provoke some of them….
Let’s wait and see and keep sending cash to Obama..!

I’ll take any bet– in no way will BO be our next President. Not in ‘08, ‘12, ‘16 or ever. The country is center/center slightly right and BO is on the side of the far left loons. It’ll never happen–
When his policies are fully known by the general population he’ll lose like Dean, Kerry, and Gore- (all those clowns supposedly had a lock on the nomination). He’ll make a great Trivial Pursuit question 20 years from now.

Kerry and Gore ran when the economy was fairly strong, we are in the Bush depression now, where even white people are losing their homes. The country is not left or right, Like any place in the world, people follow their self interests and in this moment people desperately want to rid themselves of the Bush misery index of high oil prices, inflation, job losses to China, war and deflation of housing prices.
