The final polls look great for Barack Obama. In many polls, his lead is expanding. I’ve been seeing Reverend Wright commercials all weekend through today. I wonder if these last-minute ads are hurting McCain instead of Obama.
Now if just comes down to turnout.

A funny thought occured to me this morning (to those who don’t know me please pardon my completely tasteless humor, I assure you I mean nothing by it)
I was wondering, in effect, if Obama’s visit to his grandmother last week was sort of similar to Tom Hagen’s visit to Frank Pentangeli, in the Godfather II, in which Hagen informs Pentangeli that he needs to “whack himself”
Imagine…. Toot, I need you to take this action to assure that I get a 2 point bump in the polls on election day eve. Your doctors say you won’t live past February anyways so why not just help me out here???
I have expected to hear this kind of accusation on Russ Limbaugh today.
