I’m not sure the sarcasm and condescension will play very well. Four years ago it was easy to make personal attacks on John Kerry, but I’m not sure the attacks will work as well against Obama.

She’s certainly opened herself up to attacks. I don’t think they can play the “poor little victim” card as much after this speech.

UPDATE: One of the funniest comments I’ve seen on the blogs called her The Church Lady. That’s hilarious, and frankly it captures the tone Palin set tonight. In defending herself, she came across as very snarky. I think she opens herself up to attack for some of the things she said tonight. Her attitude makes it easier for the Obama campaign to take her on.
